By booking an appointment at Hodges Hair you automatically agree to the Terms & Conditions listed here:
CANCELLATIONS
Cancel up to 4 hours before appointment, via Nearcut or by calling the shop, free of charge.
Anything less than 4 hours you will have to pay 100% of booked appointment.
You will pay the balance owed on your next appointment.
Miss two consecutive appointments, your account will be removed, and you will not be permitted to book appointments.
New Clients that do not show to first appointment will be unable to make further bookings.
LATE ARRIVALS
Customers that arrive late to their appointment so that their haircut cannot be completed in the remaining appointment will have to pay 100% of their appointment fee regardless of whether they receive a haircut.
CHILDREN
We are delighted to offer hair services for your children, however if they are not receiving a service, they must be seated in the waiting area for their own safety and the safety of others.
PAYMENTS
All payments are to be cash and card only.
